Our story
Institute for Translation and Literacy - ITA is a national evangelical organization of Guinea-Bissau. It was founded in September 2014, with the mission of ensuring that God's Word is translated into all the languages of the country, and promoting literacy so that people are able to read and write in their local languages.
In 2024 we celebrate our 10th anniversary!
